We are happy to submit to all insurance companies, both primary and secondary. We are not a preferred provider for any insurance company but would gladly submit for you! Payment & PoliciesWe accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and flex plans. We also process insurance claims but do require a payment at time of service. We will work with any insurance company; however, you are financially responsible.
